It solves the issue where staff don't feel the need to help out in the other departments. With Kudos it motivates everyone to help in all aspects of the business.

I like the fact that, you get the opportunity to be truthful and to share an experience on the spot with the larger team on how a colleague made you feel by way of the support or response, or behavior put across that affected you directly or indirectly .
