What do you like best about Kudos? Kudos is a quick, user friendly way to recognize fellow colleagues, line staff and volunteers for their dedication and efforts towards our agency objectives. The website is set up so that you can easily select who you want to reward, and the amount of rewards that are available. What do you like best about Kudos? The ability to congratulate your fellow co worker for going over and beyond at the click of a button is the nest thing ever. I work in a pretty large call center so finding out the good some did by mouth rarely happens. This website makes acknowledgment and recognition site wide.
