What do you like best about Kudos? I really like the variety of different gift cards you can redeem. If you're not sure of which ones to select, you can always opt for a Visa gift card! What do you like best about Kudos? Being able to show appreciation and receive appreciation for going above and beyond and just seeing how I am being helpful to others. I like the fact that through this platform we have been able to acknowledge our coworker's achievements, and allow people to receive a monetary reward for such achievements. Employees by and large feel great receiving Kudos and from our current experience, they've been feeling nice about giving Kudos.
