What do you like best about Kudos? Its a great way to be able show appreciation to teammates and another thing to help show appreciation to the employees for the hard work. Your account will get loaded with points on the first of every month and its a nice way to say thank you for someone doing you a favor(taking a bad phone call, helping resolve an escalation, translating for a customer). What do you like best about Kudos? Makes reward and recognition quick and very simple. I like the fact that one can choose from different qualities that relate to a person being recognized. What do you like best about Kudos? I enjoy that the associates have the opportunity to choose how to cash their own rewards. I also like that associates are encouraged to reward each other.Finally, I like that there is a social media feel to it.
