What do you like best about Kudos? it is quick, easy and rewarding to give and receive recognition What do you dislike about Kudos? I find it perfect for the purpose of what it does What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you? it goes the next step from just saying well done to someone as you are able to let all the company know they did a great job and they are able to use their points towards something they want

Its very engaging when u receive genuine appreciation from a colleague for a task u least expected to be cherished in the discharge of ones daily duties. What do you like best about Kudos? Kudos is a wonderful opportunity for me to let a coworker know that I appreciate the work they are doing! It gives a small, but cumulatively meaningful, reward to say a thanks that might otherwise go unsaid. What do you dislike about Kudos? Occasionally Kudos is used as a replacement for direct interaction. Employees will toss out a few Kudos to say thanks for help with this project. What do you like best about Kudos? I love how Kudos is customized with Hawaiian stickers to show others appreciation with a Hawaiian flare. I also enjoy the graphing of what value we exemplify the most because it also reflects where I need improvement. What do you dislike about Kudos? It’ll be great if we could create a group of people’s emails and could send kudos to the group every month. Instead of having to select each and every person every month. What do you like best about Kudos? Kudos is a great way to allow colleagues to recognize each other seamlessly. What do you dislike about Kudos? I dont like the amount that we are allowed to give each month. Also, the amount that items cost lol What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you? Kudos is a great way to be recognized when we have gone above and beyond for the customer, company, etc
