What do you like best about Kudos? I like that it is a fun way to encourage people to be involved with the company. I also like the fun prizes the can be redeemed for Kudos. What do you like best about Kudos? Kudos is a wonderful recognition tool which allows me to recognize star performances within my organization. Kudos enables me to have a greater relationship with my colleagues. when I appreciate their support they get motivated and in return they try to support me in even a better way due to the recognition. What do you like best about Kudos? This is a good way to show appreciation for a job well done, or for consistent outstanding work. What do you dislike about Kudos? I don't like that everyone can see everyone else's comments! What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you? I show my team mates appreciation and they feel recognized and valued, which results in better engagement.
