"It's Feels Good to Give & Get Kudos "

What do you like best about Kudos? I love the benefits I receive for the good work that I do. I also love giving those rewards as much as receiving them. What do you dislike about Kudos? I don't dislike anything about Kudos. Everything about the program has been a positive experience. What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you? This system makes people want to come to work. It feels great to be noticed, often daily, for your contributions.

What do you like best about Kudos? I love that I can still keep up with my former team mates and reward them. What do you dislike about Kudos? The notifications get pushed down quickly when I'm checking them or if I want to find a specific birthday for an agent, it's hard to search. What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you? I'm able to reward agents who have received compliment calls or emails pretty quick.
