What do you like best about Kudos? Usability of the kudos is very simple to use What do you dislike about Kudos? Limitations on the amount of kudos sharing can be disappointing at times. Additionally, it would helpful to be alerted as to when new rewards options are offered What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Kudos? One of the biggest issues in corporations is employees feel like they aren't being appreciated enough or recognized for their work. Kudos is a great way to show co-worker an appreciation for the work that they've done outside of their normal work. Entices people to go outside of their normal day and be rewarded. "I love being able to write and tell my coworkers how great of a job they are doing, or being able to"
What do you like best about Kudos? I like being able to send multiple kudos from one page. What do you dislike about Kudos? I do not like having to wait for my point to raise. I also don't understand them very well because I have received kudos but my points never changed. What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you? I am able to keep a great line of communication open with my coworkers about several different things that do with our work.

I just really like that we can translated our appreciation to our coworkers into something that is immediately tangible. it takes a compliment and pushes it that much further! As far as I am aware kudos points have no value. Would be better to have an option to exchange for something What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?
