"Kudos- Makes workplace a better place!"

What do you like best about Kudos? I like that I am able to recognize the people that I work with on their amazing efforts and this way they get a little something extra aside from the pay. I believe giving money is a good aspect of the entire program. It helps us not just recognize fellow co-workes but also reward them at the same time. What do you like best about Kudos? Kudos helps me connect with my colleagues. What do you dislike about Kudos? The downside is that I'm unable to send more than 50 Kudos at a time. I like the fact that you can give Kudos to people who go above and beyond everyday tasks to make sure their colleagues and customers have great experiences and transactions.
