"Fun!"

What do you like best about Kudos? Easy to send co-workers kudos and sending pictures with the messages. What do you dislike about Kudos? When I want to send gifs in the messages, it won't move. What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you? I wish I can send more than 50 kudos, so customizing points to the send co-workers would be more beneficial. Receiving the prizes should be easier though.

What do you like best about Kudos? Kudos has been extremely well received by all of our staff. They love the ability to recognize one another while also receiving recognition from their own managers and above. New staff are impressed by the program and everyone appreciates the rewards they're able to claim. As an administrator I love how easy it is to manage behind the scenes. What do you like best about Kudos? I like the fact that you can recognize people for going above and beyond to support within the organization. Most of the time, you send an email thank you and sometimes copy their boss, but other than your appreciation they don't get much out of a thank you.
