I wish the user layout as far as selecting who you want to reward Kudos to was a little more user friendly, sometimes it is difficult to select the right employee to give Kudos too because you have to search them up instead of being able to simply click on their profile and send it to them. What do you like best about Kudos? It's a simple way to monitor how well you're doing and get inspired to work harder. If you see someone doing something good, then you'd prove to support it by giving them kudos. Many people have no intention of winning points and this makes you feel confident and appreciated for having earned them randomly. What do you dislike about Kudos? What do you like best about Kudos? Easy to keep track of the points remaining. Customizable. Easy to use. You can find almost any person on your organization with their email or basic name. Easy to set for the first time you begin using it. You can tell more about yourself to your colleagues, like for example about your family, hobbies, and interests.
