What do you like best about Kudos? Kudos is a platform that helps recognize your peers, managers. It is simple to use and after the update, the page looks so bright and easy to navigate. I really enjoy using Kudos and it feels so nice to get recognition and after that, you can redeem your points too. What do you like best about Kudos? It is very easy to find employee names that I want to recognize. I also love that there are multiple categories for recognition (i.e. thanks, incredible, etc). Navigating the site is very easy and user friendly. I really appreciate that you are able to chose how many you can send to coworkers and also select a very specific reason for why you are sending them. What do you dislike about Kudos? What do you like best about Kudos? I like that I'm able to send my coworkers rewards and find their profiles to see what other kudo badges they've earned in the past. What do you dislike about Kudos? I don't like that each reward item cost so much kudo points. Some rewards are unobtainable because the point value is so high. What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you? It allows me to reward many of my agents and show that their performance is appreciated
