What do you like best about Kudos? I love that you can recognize any employee in the company and they can get an immediate value in that recognition. What do you dislike about Kudos? Haven't seen any yet. Maybe bigger prizes? What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you? I have a lot of fellow employees that are invaluable to what I do but are located distant and hard to reach. Kudos allows me to recognize their efforts easily and quickly.

What do you like best about Kudos? I like that it has reminders for anniversary and birthdays, so the kudo points are not just about work. What do you dislike about Kudos? I wish I could pick customized number of points to send. What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you? I used it to give thanks to my colleagues.
