"Great way to give an extra high five and motivate team members"

What do you like best about Kudos? Receiving Kudos is always an unexpected and much-appreciated surprise. I tend to appreciate the kudos themselves even more than the monetary value attached. "Intuitive Product and Great Customer Service"

What do you like best about Kudos? I like that the product is easy to use. It takes very little onboarding for new employees and the team really likes being able to recognize each other. What do you dislike about Kudos? Nothing comes to mind. The reporting section can take some time to learn but it's not a dislike per say. What do you like best about Kudos? It's very hard to bridge the gap between words on the screen and your impact in real life. I find that Kudos is able to unequivocally communicate a "good job" to others without having to write a lengthy email. What do you dislike about Kudos?
