"Kudos is a great tool for recognition!"

What do you like best about Kudos? I love the ability to have instant rewards for staff members. I also love the customization options to add our own rewards. What do you dislike about Kudos? The only thing I'd like to see approved is the possibility of management being able to give Kudos points from the staff rewards bank if they are authorized to do so by our department. What do you like best about Kudos? I absolutely love the fact that I can connect with other employees across the board. Choosing people to "Thank" or any of the other selections is so easy and self explanatory. Couldn't have asked for a better program! The engagement is amazing. What do you like best about Kudos? Its a great way to show appreciation for your co workers and your leadership team. I love that we gain insight to our strengths and also get to cash in our KUDOS for gift cards! The profiles also let us learn a bit about team members that we may not see, or work with. What do you like best about Kudos? I like the fact that I can use kudos to purchase everyday items or electronics that I can use and absolutely need but wouldn't purchase otherwise because they are too pricey and it allows me to also test items such as portable chargers blue-tooth speakers headphones and the lot. What do you like best about Kudos? Easy to track usage. It is also a great rewards program that houses the point giving & the reward redeeming. What do you dislike about Kudos? I wish there was a search bar to find someone. You have to usually go to a separate page to search for someone and it would be easier to have access t the search on any pat of the site.
