I really love that you can give points in increments and that each amount of kudos points can be matched to a specific reason you are giving your coworker those points, it makes it more meaningful when sending them over. What do you like best about Kudos? I love that it's a way to reward my coworkers for a job well done and that there aren't restrictions based on specific tasks that need to be done.
