Easy to use interface and provides an avenue for showing appreciation for people who helped you at work, contributed ideas or just made your day better at the office. What do you dislike about Kudos? limited points that you can use. probably consider to increase this if you are consistently giving or getting kudos. "It gives credit to a colleague in a creative way."

What do you like best about Kudos? It shows one's traits that they do at work to monitor progress and lets you change points to rewards. What do you dislike about Kudos? It only has a limited 100 points to give to someone in a month. Maybe increase the points to give to someone. What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you? Mostly for customer service and telco equipment regarding upgrades or downtimes/troubles and support. I can see my progress/lacking in providing service.

What do you like best about Kudos? I like that recognition really means something in Kudos- when you only have so many points to give, it makes it even more special to give and receive them! I also like that everyone can see the great messages that are sent; it's definitely a morale booster. The extra cash that I can use to fund my coffee habit isn't bad either! The best part of the Kudos program is that you can show how much you appreciate a co worker by given them kudos and in return they can redeem those points for something tangible. What do you like best about Kudos? Receiving kudos for work performance, and the items are really cool. What do you dislike about Kudos? Some of the gifts are too pricey, and there aren't enough options. What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you? Increased productivity. When giving kudos out, it's an incentive for employees to put more effort in to their overall performance.
