What do you like best about Kudos? The best thing i like are the features. the icons, the ease of use and the ability to review what other people have posted about others, Its very encouraging to see others too being held in high esteem for the good job they have done What do you dislike about Kudos? What could be improved is the ease of navigation. for instance if one wants to send kudos to another and they are on the home page, they have to forst click either "impressive", "good job" etc ...

What do you like best about Kudos? We can recognize co-workers, and appreciate all of their hard work. I enjoy it very much. What do you dislike about Kudos? I wish we can have more Kudos points per month to give out to co-workers. Recommendations to others considering Kudos: Easy to use, and very enjoyable. What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you? All employees feel more appreciated and motivated, this results in a much healthier environment for everyone to work in.

That we only get 40 points a month to acknowledge everyone's efforts What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you? "Great way to send recognition"

What do you like best about Kudos? I like how easy it is to send and receive notes to/from my teammates. The customization of the platform to match our company's brand and values make the interface relevant to my work. As an added bonus, cashing in on my Kudos points is easy--I love how many options there are, no matter my geographic location. What do you dislike about Kudos? I'd rather get an increase in pay, but I think this is outside of the Kudos scope :) Recommendations to others ...
