Sending out and receiving a Kudo Boards gives additional motivation to employees in WFH set up, since we can't physically greet and celebrate during this pandemic. It can make them feel special that co-workers rememers their birthdays and work anniversaries and commemorate it via Kudo Board. What do you like best about Kudoboard? In a virtual work environment, Kudoboard has given me a way to celebrate my staff! I also love the ability to use gifs. Kudoboard has given me the ability to celebrate birthdays and acknowledge deaths and illnesses.

What do you like best about Kudoboard? It is an excellent tool, used by the human resources department, in order to have an approach with the staff, for different reasons, they can be birthdays, wish to recover from an illness, birth of children, and even in farewells

What do you like best about Kudoboard? I like that I can create small boards for free and the larger boards are afforable/accessible to smaller companies with minimal budgets for staff appreciation moments. In terms of functionality I think it's helpful to be able to scheule the board delivery and get notifications when it's delivered and opened.
