Kudoboard pros and cons
Kudoboard makes it simple for coworkers to jointly create heartfelt digital cards for any occasion, strengthening team bonds through shared appreciation.
The platform is well-suited for distributed teams, allowing everyone to contribute from anywhere and helping maintain a strong company culture virtually.
Whether it’s printing a Kudoboard as a hardcover book or displaying it as a slideshow during events, the platform offers versatile ways to share and preserve recognition.
From birthdays and farewells to company-wide campaigns and spot bonuses, Kudoboard supports both personal and organizational moments of celebration.
Compared to larger HR suites, Kudoboard lacks robust integrations with platforms like Workday or BambooHR, which may be a drawback for enterprise users.
The platform is focused on appreciation and does not provide features like goals, feedback loops, or recognition-based performance metrics.

"Fantastic and So Easy to Use"
What do you like best about Kudoboard? I love that there is a free option, but that the price points of the plans are still low. It is easy to use for both the e-card creator and for anyone who wishes to add a message to the Kudoboard. There are lots of designs to choose from for the boards, and the built-in feature to add images or GIF's makes the board very entertaining.

"Helps us stay connected on a distributed team"
What do you like best about Kudoboard? I don't want to oversell it; it's a digital card with GIFs on it. However, the user interface is simple, intuitive, and pleasant to use. It has become a central way we welcome new hires and celebrate life events on our distrubted team. I like the features to schedule send and to send to multiple recipients. We don't use *quite* enough to pay the flat fee for unlimited cards, but we're getting pretty close.
