Very useful in tracking the schedules of employees
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Kronos Workforce Ready is a very comprehensive tool for the HR department. We were able to use it without any trouble even if we are only beginners. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Before, we used a different system and it only gave us a single tab to keep track of everything. This made it very hard for us. Kronos saved us a lot of time because we don't have to spend so much time creating spreadsheets to keep track of everything. Now, we can easily track the reports needed to run our department. What do you like best? Easily track punches for 20+ locations and easily grow our concept that was in growth ready mode, onboard and pay many employees in a straight forward and complete program. Workforce Ready is a handy HR system.
What do you like best? Work Force Ready allows us to hire electronically start to finish which is a huge bonus when wanting to be paperless. The application, E-Verify process, tax forms are all electronic. We started with Workforce Central for timekeeping purposes. We moved to Ready because we wanted the whole HR Experience - performance, hiring, benefit enrollment. What do you dislike?
