Basic but useful

What do you like best? Streamlined. Easy to ask for time off. Project titles stay the same from week to week. Not too many bells and whistles to get lost in. What do you dislike? Archaic early 2000's look. Buttons/placement and settings aren't as intuitive. It is a very manual process I wish there was an opportunity to prepopulate based on a template or the prior week. Great program that is fairly customizable for small to mid-size companies

What do you like best? The mobile app is great for all employees - no need to have paper pay statements and there are many self service functions. What do you dislike? The benefits and performance management need to be overhauled. For larger companies, an OLAP platform would be better. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We love having recruitment, HR, time, payroll, benefits and performance management all in the same place.

Lack of keywords when searching for a solution What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our company was manually tracking PTO and PTO carryover. KRONOS and especially the KRONOS app has given our employees the tool needed to track and take ownership of the process.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I am happy that I could access Kronos anywhere because it is web-based, It is also very easy to use for employees. They can even access it on their phones so changing shifts and viewing their schedules can be accomplished easily.
