What do you like best? I have a couple of items that i like. The payroll process is a lot faster and quicker than our previous version of Kronos. I also like that we have the ability to customize reports to fit our needs. Save them saved in the system and keep going back to them and not having to remember the fields that we need. What do you like best? Kronos puts forth a lot of effort in ensuring that their system continues to move forward to serve its clients as opposed to staying stagnant. With the newest user interface, the mobile and desktop experience are perfect mirrors of each other, so there is a great continuity between the two. What do you like best? Kronos Workforce Ready has all of the modules that we need completely in one system. The system is user friendly for all of our employees. WFR has supported an overall upgrade to our organizations HR/Timekeeping processes
What do you like best? I like its modern features and flexible reporting. What do you dislike? We have a need to track multiple rates/multiple jobs for for our employees and WFR does not support a very easy to do so. We've upgraded from Central and this is one feature where WFR is behind. Reporting is easy and at your fingertips!
What do you like best? Kronos makes it easy to pull data. The reporting capabilities are far better than we had expected. It is easy to drill down into data, remove or add data elements, save reports and export them to Excel, CSV or PDF files. What do you dislike? Sensational tool for Human Resources Management.
What do you like best? This software is more efficient when used for onboarding and recruiting. It's easy to measure and manage the performance of every employees with this software. Slow and outdated but useful
What do you like best? User interface was easy to use and understand. App worked pretty well, rarely crashed. Admin abilities were great but hard to manage. Allowed for us to be able to gps ping employees at clock-in/out. Time card keeping easy to see for admin and user. What do you dislike? Outdated look and ran a little slow.
