Utilize Kronos Workforce and support it from an IT perspective
What do you like best? It's user friendly. gGood reporting features. What do you dislike? Working with the Kronos project team. The project manager was not engaged. Recommendations to others considering the product Make sure you supply the customer with a project manager that will treat you like the customer. Also make sure the timing is established and possibly let the customer select the tech person, ours didn't understand what we wanted so we did all the configuration on our own. ...
