What do you like best? I Like the time entry. Easy to use and to lookup employees/students. What do you dislike? I do not like how the time off balances are laid out. I wish you could see what your balance would be at a future time. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Lot's of benefits for us with time entry and it's very easy to make changes in time cards.

What do you like best? That you are able to see all of your information in one place. Time, Vacation, pay summary, vacation summary etc. It is also nice to see all employees in one place. What do you like best? Probably the best thing I could mention about Kronos Workforce Ready is its ability to make tedious tasks automated and simple. To mention some of the tasks we normally handle on a daily routine basis are the logging in and out of the staff, counting of their time on and offs holiday and sick leaves, and payroll. What do you like best? The reports are customizable and very easy to use. Also, the fact that you can preview and see on your screen what the report will look like before printing. What do you like best? I like the reporting part of this software as well as the overall ease. Its easy for employees to enter in vacations or PTO and make updates as needed. What do you like best? One integrated platform. When a change is made it is made across all HR functions, the same information is current to use in all modules. What do you dislike?
