What do you like best? The tracking of time on the timesheets. I like that Managers are able to create and run their own reports. What do you dislike? Kiosk always going offline. What do you like best? I like the reporting capabilities and that applicants can apply online and fill out all paperwork. We are in the early stages of Workforce Ready, but we are hoping the system will help us become paperless. Employees will be able to enter their own information and make their own changes. Incredibly powerful, with one major limitation

What do you like best? The system is incredibly powerful, and contains a tremendous amount of features. Workforce Ready was the only cloud based solution that contained every major HR and Workforce Management feature we were looking for, all under the same roof. What do you dislike? What do you like best? This is my first year attending the conference and I must say very preofrssional and very informative. I learned a lot with signing up for the classes to the knowledge of what my department can do in Kronos. I will be attending next year also. What do you dislike? Nothing too much. I can only say...amazing!!

What do you like best? I love that all the tools are at my disposal to receive the help when needed. That is very important with payroll deadlines. The customer service has always been top notch and they really care about their clients. What do you like best? The ease of use between different features. There are no disconnected modules that sometimes work while others don't. The employees have a lot more interaction with WFR than other HRIS systems I have used in the past. What do you dislike?
