I currently log into the system to look at the database of employees that are clocked in for work. What do you like best? One thing I really like about Kronos is the ability of the employees to see their schedules as a calendar, which they can then print off. What do you dislike? Unfortunately, while Kronos has the necessary features, the interface is not very user friendly or appealing to the eye. We have found it to be hard to learn for our older employees. What do you like best? User interface is friendly and simple. The customer service is also beyond compare. What do you like best? It's great that we can now create graphs to go along with our reports. But with this feature, Kronos has removed a lot of essential functions unnecessarily. Overall a very good system

What do you like best? The thing I like best about using Kronos is how quickly the system operates. All screens load and refresh fairly quickly. Everything is organized very efficiently and is easy to find. What do you dislike? The thing I dislike most about Kronos is how often it is not accessible. What do you like best? I like that Kronos has many HR options centralized in one hub. My current organization does not use all the capabilities but if we did it would be more streamlined. What do you like best? Having all HR info in one place., i.e I-9, W4, garnishments, loan documents, Non-Compete, offer letter, discipline docs. Able to help with payroll and view all payrolls. What do you like best? We took full advantage of electronic time sheets and the ability to submit then from the app. We also are working to make the most of Advanced Scheduler.\ Being able to see my benefits, pay stubs, and request time off right from the app has saved me so much time from calling the particular department to get the information. Great HR PAYROLL TIME MANAGEMENT software

What do you like best? Love that it encompasses everything employee related from the application down to their final pay at retirement.
