Good software
What do you like best? Good software to use for our workforce. Assists in keeping us organized and tracking workforce payroll What do you dislike? Takes forever to load onto our computers and is often inflexible in making changes What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? None

Kronos
What do you like best? I love how easy it is to get reports on Kronos. What do you dislike? It is a little hard to navigate to the scheduling. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am easily able to add employees and remove them on Kronos instead of having to keep track of paper time cards.

Ive used 2 different versions. One i liked vett e.s r than the other but overall great experience
What do you like best? The reports, easy navigation, straight forward and understandable What do you dislike? Ive used 2 versions and the one i am currently using divides employees up unto different departments and I cant see everyone What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Currently, labor productivity. The multiple reports are my favorite. This 2nd version of Kronos doesn t.d allow me to pull reports in seniority though

Simple to use
What do you like best? We use this at work and it is very user friendly and simple to use What do you dislike? Sometimes when I approve a time card it makes me do it again What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We needed to keep better time cards

Expense not worth the upgraded product
What do you like best? Ease of corrections. Schedules can be entered ahead of time. Comments can be entered regarding time corrections. We are able to track overtime, PTO use, hours worked, Vacation, and PTO payouts. What do you dislike? The version we have does not speak to our payroll software. Good concept, poor execution
What do you like best? The concept of all information being loaded into one system vs using multiple to get payroll processing done What do you dislike? It’s in the best way to describe, wonky, could be much more user friendly What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It better tracks employees in regards to time, doesn’t allow for early clock ins and requires them to answer questions in regards to not taking breaks.

What do you like best? easy to use. gives a snapshot of your payroll detail, salary, vacation etc What do you dislike? its slow. not very user friendly. difficult to find things Recommendations to others considering the product not the best workforce management tools out there. there are other option better options available in the market What business problems are you solving with the product? Works but not easy to use
What do you like best? For business purposes, it does a good job of time keeping. Especially for those who have to punch a time clock. Digital is much easier than those old time cards with time and date stamps. What do you dislike? The downside is the amount of time it takes to log in. You could actually be on time, but due to login process, youcould actually lose time.
