Easy and simple to use

What do you like best? Kronos is very simple to learn and easy to navigate. What do you dislike? You can’t copy and paste down if you are entering payroll or vacation/sick time etc. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great dashboard

What do you like best? Dashboard summarizes all pertinent information in one glance What do you dislike? A lot of work to customise in order to see exactly what I want shown. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Having information spread out was a problem when information was needed quickly. Now it's all in one place and each to access.

Takes a little while to get used to.

What do you like best? The spreadsheet to enter the hours is very easy and clean. What do you dislike? I do not like the way we can select different accounts to allocate hours to. The flags are not intuitive, neither is the balance for PTO. Needs better front end reporting abilitiy

What do you like best? Most of the regular reports are easy to use and get the job done for regular HR/payroll reporting needs What do you dislike? Lack the flexibility to adjust or create customized reports in the front-end What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Generate HR/payroll report for compensation analysis. Pretty straightforward with the data provided from the basic reports.

Scheduling made easy

What do you like best? Our organization has made great use of this aoftware for more effective scheduling of our employees in store. It's allowed us much more effective labor standards and better customer service. What do you dislike? Tooany different bars in the scheduling tool causes eye strain. Switched from a DOS payroll to Kronos

What do you like best? I loved the scheduling factor for use of same employees at different locations What do you dislike? It was often tedius inputting all the different data per employee at set up What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Labor reduction.

Kronos can be difficult at times

What do you like best? One you figure out how to navigate the site it is easy to use and easy to teach another team member to use What do you dislike? The time clock and the desktop versions do not tie together when requesting time off.sometimes it shows other times it doesn’t.
