Kronos is so easy to use.

What do you like best? Network wide time card access and management for entire leadership team. The interface is very user friendly and the multiple searching and sorting features make it a program that anyone can learn quickly. What do you dislike? It can be buggy, time punches can get formatted incorrectly and military time is not an ideal format for all users. What business problems are you solving with the product? Very accessible

What do you like best? This application can be accessed anywhere, at any time via cellphone, laptop, computer, or tablet. What do you dislike? There are minor glitches that causes me to start all over again. Recommendations to others considering the product Take your time in putting data, don't press the back button created on phone, only use buttons within the app . Improved employee experience

What do you like best? We onboarded Kronos Workforce Ready two years ago and it has helped us enhance our employee experience significantly by automating the functions that were traditionally paper-based for us. Kronos has great reporting but leaves something to be desired when it comes to other features

What do you like best? I love the reporting feature on Kronos. It’s given us so many options than our old system and allows me to make and pull custom reports for just about anything I can think of. It’s really allowed me to keep better track of employee information and statistics. What do you dislike? Kronos claims that pretty much anything can be customized but I haven’t found that to be the case. There are many issues that we have with the system where we cannot solve problems and ...

Basic but useful

What do you like best? Streamlined. Easy to ask for time off. Project titles stay the same from week to week. What do you dislike? Archaic early 2000's look. Buttons/placement and settings aren't as intuitive. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Submitting timesheets for employees. Benefits are really streamlined population of company wide holidays into the lines.

Authorization Specialist

What do you like best? Easily tracking timecard punches, PTO accumulations, tardies and other time-off accumulations and usage. What do you dislike? Would like more feautures for employees to add-in notes to submit to their managers for approval, even if they don’t personally have access to keep note approved. Not worth the effort

What do you like best? This product is cloud-based and offers recruiting, onboarding, performance management, compensation, etc. all in the same place. What do you dislike? It is difficult to use and the accruals function does not work. It does not forecast into the future which causes major issues for employees and management.
