What do you like best? That we are able to export timesheets in a simple way that we then turn around and clean up for our payroll department. What do you dislike? Location services issues, that it will not memorize a user's password, and that it seems to lock people out easily. What business problems are you solving with the product? Kronos is so easy to use.

What do you like best? Network wide time card access and management for entire leadership team. The interface is very user friendly and the multiple searching and sorting features make it a program that anyone can learn quickly. What do you dislike? It can be buggy, time punches can get formatted incorrectly and military time is not an ideal format for all users. What business problems are you solving with the product? Very accessible

What do you like best? This application can be accessed anywhere, at any time via cellphone, laptop, computer, or tablet. What do you dislike? There are minor glitches that causes me to start all over again. Recommendations to others considering the product Take your time in putting data, don't press the back button created on phone, only use buttons within the app . What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Checking work related things.

We onboarded Kronos Workforce Ready two years ago and it has helped us enhance our employee experience significantly by automating the functions that were traditionally paper-based for us. Kronos has great reporting but leaves something to be desired when it comes to other features

What do you like best? I love the reporting feature on Kronos. It’s given us so many options than our old system and allows me to make and pull custom reports for just about anything I can think of. It’s really allowed me to keep better track of employee information and statistics. What do you dislike? Basic but useful

What do you like best? Streamlined. Easy to ask for time off. Project titles stay the same from week to week. What do you dislike? Archaic early 2000's look. Buttons/placement and settings aren't as intuitive. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Submitting timesheets for employees. Benefits are really streamlined population of company wide holidays into the lines.
