What do you like best? I am so thankful for the suite of products that UKG offers. We are a rural hospital with over 600 employees and I am the only person in the Payroll department. What do you like best? Ease of use (both as an Admin and as an employee). The integration tools available also make it easy to work with other products. With workflows and notifications, I spend less time double checking other users entries and making corrections. What do you like best? Integrated solution. Having all of our employee management tools in a single location. What do you dislike? Reporting features. The most frustrating thing is that payroll, benefits and employee information platforms are integrated but you cannot pull data from all three areas into a single report. What do you like best? Custom Multi-EIN functionality! It's amazing! What do you dislike? Automated email report limit 3500 rows - wish there wasn't a limit. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to process payroll for multiple EINS (13 companies) flawlessly and set-up different PTO policies, benefits, and other company specific items for multiple EINs.
