Not the best scheduling app

What do you like best? I like that you can submit requests within the app. What do you dislike? The app is slow, glitchy, you can’t stay signed in. It’s extremely difficult to upload schedules and switch them if need be. Layout is terrible. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The only benefit is that it gives employees their schedule and counts hours.

Used to clock into work and document hours

What do you like best? That it allows you to view your weekly hours along with submitted documents What do you dislike? That it doesn't allow you to change your hours manually so getting it confirmed takes longer What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Currently we use it at BSC and there aren't any problems were solving with it

Our experience with Kronos has been positive, we are excited to start utilizing more of the system.

What do you like best? I like how I am able to make changes myself to the setup of the system and it is pretty user friendly. What do you dislike? Customer service could use some help. There have been times I have submitted a ticket and not received a response for over 48 hours. Also, some of the applications are extremely slow. What do you like best? Easy to use, time stamp chart. Login is quick. What do you dislike? It logs you off after every punch in. Foolproof. Recommendations to others considering the product Grest, easy to use. Employees will thank you! What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It helps msnage employees time schedules.

Everything in one place

What do you like best? I'm able to manage my employees from beginning to end with Kronos Workforce Ready! What do you dislike? If you aren't trained on the systems, it can be confusing so you really need to focus on what you are doing int he beginning. It's definitely not a mindless application! Kronos delivers what they promise

What do you like best? Kronos is easy to use and the reporting features are very flexible and is able to give you a wide range of information. Employee profile changes flow through to each part with little effort. Hiring staff is simple and easy in this system. What do you dislike? The application piece needs a little work. What do you like best? I have very much come to appreciate the very sand-boxy nature that is Kronos Workforce Ready. This series of HRIS, benefits, recruiting, scheduling and payroll modules is a highly customizable resource for streamlining a company's HR processes. You can pick and chose which modules to add based on your needs. What do you like best? I love that I can use this product with ease. So user friendly. What do you dislike? Nothing that I "dislike". I suppose the strength of the forwar software is how easy it is to use but if you do not insert specific numbers it will not work What business problems are you solving with the product?
