Convenient Clock-In/Out
What do you like best? It is convenient to be able to clock in and out from my phone. What do you dislike? I wish I could use my fingerprint to log in to the mobile app instead of entering my password every time. I also don't see a place to view my past time cards on the mobile app. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Convenience of clocking in/out with my phone. I am less likely to clock out at the wrong time.

Kronos Workforce review
What do you like best? This software tracks time of employees who have "punch in". What do you dislike? So many clocks are different. If the clock that you live your life by is not the same as the internal clock of the computer that you use Kronos on then you have to make adjustments or risk being 'docked pay' for punching in late or early. Kronos is okay.
What do you like best? I like how I can look at my schedule within the app. I really only use the app so I do not have much experience with it. What do you dislike? In the app, if you do not know your password, and you guess you get locked out within three tries. That is very annoying especially when you are trying to plan ahead for a trip and you can not access your schedule or reset your password in order to do so. Not user friendly
What do you like best? I enjoy the calendar function that shows hrs worked at current pay period What do you dislike? If you clock in and out multiple times in a day it aligns each time vertically not horizontally. It’s not intuitive Recommendations to others considering the product Better visuals What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Getting to see total hrs worked per month and year while also seeing current pay period hrs

What do you like best? The training that we received to roll out the system. The Implementation staff that was assigned to us was very professional. They made it a lot of fun! What do you dislike? What do you like best? It is able to pull up lists of employees under the criteria i need filtered. What do you dislike? The UI is pretty clunky. It can be hard to find certain information at times. User friendly and quick access
What do you like best? It’s super user friendly and I can access my account to see my remaining PTO. What do you dislike? Sometimes it’s glitchy when trying to cancel a request. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The ability to request PTO and have it accepted or rejected.

A little difficult to use but overall convenient
What do you like best? I like having one place to keep all my times. What do you dislike? It is sometimes hard to make changes if the supervisor already inputted somentint. Kronos works but is sometimes lacking
What do you like best? Very easy to search for employees. Many different types of reports on compensation. What do you dislike? Sometimes laggy and slow. The reports are hard to navigate to find what you need. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use it to find compensation info as well as reports to do analysis on comp.
