What do you like best? Kronos is easy to use, and navigate. I learned the program quickly and it keeps all your associates in one group which is helpful. What do you dislike? The program can be a bit finicky with entering time off etc. It also can be a bit slow with updating associates information like PTO balances What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Payroll, managing time punches, monitoring overtime

Pretty easy to navigate, sometimes confusing.

What do you like best? The most helpful thing to me personally is how easily you can navigate Kronos. What do you dislike? The layout can kinda get a little confusing at first, so once you are situated it shouldnt be a problem. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Way easier to track every aspect of the business. First benefit is an increase in productivity.

What do you like best? The Kronos Mobile App and Desktop Application are extremely easy to use. Employees can track their schedule, hours, time punches, and more with ease. These tools can even be used on the go with the mobile app. I have never experienced any issues with this product and always have found it extremely helpful. What do you dislike? It doesn't accurately allow RN's to schedule themselves in appropriate timely manner to have adequate staffing What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? kronos seems to have the ability to correctly staff but at the error of "Staffers" we are never appropriately staffed

What do you like best? Easy to maneuver through. It’s capabilities & information it houses. What do you dislike? Although this really isn’t an issue with the application, but the connection isn’t always there, leading to inaccurate time keeping. What business problems are you solving with the product?
