What do you like best? That all the paper files are now digitized What do you dislike? There is a lot to learn. What do you like best? It’s convenient for coworkers to communicate and efficient for schedules time keeping and information What do you dislike? That the server crashes a lot and you can’t access things when it’s down What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are solving schedule gaps and issues quicker than before

Kronos Review
What do you like best? Has integration capabilities with ADP, which we also use. What do you dislike? The server goes down relatively frequently. The user interface is also not extremely intuitive. Recommendations to others considering the product: Need to properly train users. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Creating records for employees, and keeping time cards.

I use this for scheduling and timesheets.
What do you like best? I love that it’s so easy to navigate! You can find everything you’re looking for so easily. What do you dislike? The only thing I dislike is having to log in every time. It would be nice if they allowed finger or face ID to log in instead of typing password every time. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Time management, and allowing all employees to be able to see their schedules at any time and check their punches.

What do you like best? I think I like best is the way the product is displayed, it allows you to view every little aspect before entering into work. What do you dislike? I dislike how sometimes I can’t view everything in this product that I would like for work. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am able to see my schedule when I forget it.

What do you like best? Reporting - every screen can be customized and saved as a report. Reports can be scheduled on a variety of terms and sent to a multitude of designated individuals. Very Easy To Use
What do you like best? It is pretty user friendly i believe, self explanatory. . Seamless design. What do you dislike? I think the color scheme could be more upbeat. Maybe change the design of the web platform. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Employees can use it to check their time.

Good when it works as expectd
What do you like best? Fairly easy to use. Web Based functionality so we can work where ever there is an internet connection. Also has ways to limit who and where access is granted fairly easily. What do you dislike? The workforce intouch devices. I've had quite a few problems with them and since its web based sometimes getting updates to them is a pain. Implementation has been very challenging!
What do you like best? I do like the navigation and being able to access so many more reports than we could in Central. What do you dislike? WFR does not handle the fact that our company is both Ag and Commercial. There are not any reports to help keep track of taxes properly.
