Too Many Options
What do you like best? There are so many reports you can pull, it is easy to use,quick to learn, customer service is great for the most part, this is the best tracking system you could ask for when you are in payroll and/or human resources. What do you dislike? There are too many options, it is nice once you finally can figure out which report you are supposed to use. Solid Platform, Works Well
What do you like best? What I like best about Kronos is the platform design is simplistic and runs well. What do you dislike? What I like least about Kronos is that the program does run as efficiently if your computer has Ad-blockers or other Flash-hindering programs. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The problem that is being solved through the use of Kronos is a reduction of paper time cards and the opportunity to easily edit corrections.

Workforce Ready Fan
What do you like best? Reporting is a true time saver and is the one of the best features in Kronos. The payroll module is a great benefit to our team as it integrates with HR actions and items seamlessly transfer from one section to another. We have several modules and love how they integrate. Does one thing well. Leaves a lot to be desired.
What do you like best? Through Kronos, you can clock in and out on any computer. There are also wall attachments that sync with their system. What do you dislike? You cannot see your timecard using the online version. Additionally - and maybe it's just my workplace, but still - the wall attachments are slow and difficult to use. Kronos is a no go for me.
What do you like best? It is nice to be able to have the ability to check the schedule outside of work. What do you dislike? It rarely seems reliable and often is unavailable. Recommendations to others considering the product: It's ok for simple things. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Employees that are on an extended leave have the ability to check their schedule upon returning.

What do you like best? Kronos made it easy to request time off of work and keep track of the benefits i was getting. What do you dislike? I did not like how difficult it was to navigate pages in Kronos due to the abundance of buttons you have to click through. What problems are you solving with the product? Kronos for everyone
What do you like best? I love that I am able to view my time remotely without having to reach out to managment What do you dislike? When searching for the correct channel to log into it takes some navigating to get to the right portal What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am easily able to keep up with my benefits balance, and keep up with my time when working remotely.

Not the greatest, lots of bugs
What do you like best? I enjoy the fact that employees can check their schedule remotely What do you dislike? The app glitches out a lot!! It is often unavailable or down for system maintenance.
