What do you like best? The customer support is always fast and effective! I have never had a bad experience working with a support rep. They are always very helpful and if they don't know the answer right away they will work with a coworker to get the answer. What do you dislike? The system itself can be hard to use and not as user friendly. I like the look of the new UI, but it does require a few extra clicks to get to some places or pull reports. What do you like best? Kronos WFR is a great system for combing multiple HR functions - we no longer have the need for separate systems for employee files, payroll files, etc. What do you dislike? Kronos is an overall good tool, sometimes the information I need for reports is not easy to generate, but the customer service team is helpful in solving these problems by creating custom reports. What do you like best? The ease of exporting reports to Excel and modifying the content (columns. The payroll process/checklist is pretty awesome. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The Implementation Team are awesome - helping you through all sorts of questions. The system is already freeing up so much time that we spent doing manual entry! What do you dislike? The majority of our employees have multiple cost centers and pay rates. But they and their supervisor can only see their Primary/Base - not the rest - unless through a report. Great tool for a variety of tasks

What do you like best? I really love how versatile Kronos is. I use this program on a daily basis to track number of days employees have worked. This in turn ensures accuracy when approving benefits for each new hire. I love this program! What do you dislike? Scheduling Management Made Simple

What do you like best? Kronos allows you to create and edit schedules, set up reoccurring shifts for allotted time periods, and schedule/view time off requests and shift attestations. You can also look at time, vacation, and sick balances, for example. What do you dislike? Kronos is not yet fully integrated with the company’s payroll, so you can edit and view team member’s hours, but you cannot see the labor dollar equivalents to balance budgets.
