KRONOS has been an incredible upgrade based on our previous system.
What do you like best? Reporting functions and customization is such a plus! What do you dislike? Workflows can be difficult to adjust- would like additional training hence attending the conference. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Realizing that we don't have access to the same group of professionals to assist ongoing. Therefore, no one could really understand our organization. Our teams strength's and opportunities with KRONOS.

Excellent Product All Around!
What do you like best? There are so many things I love about Kronos compared to other Payroll and HR systems I've used in the past! I love that you can access the same thing from multiple places in the system, so you can use whatever method is easiest for you. I love the filtering options and that all reports/screens refresh immediately instead of having to create a report and download it to see if it brought you the information you needed. Kronos WFR Partners with you
What do you like best? Many benefits using WFR, being cloud hosted is just one of those. Not having to maintain the database onsite with Kronos cloud services has been a great savings. Next would be never having to do another upgrade. Most software requires version upgrades, with WFR it is a living product that Kronos continues to enhance on a regular basis. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The support team is very helpful, especially during implementation or accessing new features in Kronos. What do you dislike? I do wish that there were times where you could call and be immediately connected with someone in support instead of having to wait for a call back. Simplifying the workload
What do you like best? When I first started in the payroll department at Douglas County Corrections we tracked attendance in an Excell database. When Kronos first rolled out to us it was a learning process but now I can create reports for the entire departments and print statistics for 1 person.
