Configurable and Scalable

What do you like best? It's configurable enough to meet our complex needs and we know it can grown with us What do you dislike? I feel like there are a lot of bugs. So User friendly

What do you like best? Very easy to maneuver around and to find out answers to any questions you may have. What do you dislike? Would like a better variety of reports. A better way of understanding what is out there for us to use. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are fixing the ACA issues. This program can really do all of your HR and payroll needs.

Kronos is way way better than Oracle and ADP but I don't quite like it as much as I did UltiPro

What do you like best? It seems fairly user friendly. You don't have to have a technical degree to use this system. There is a lot of free training out there, which is great. What do you dislike? Reporting is not great, you should be able to report on all items in the system. Support could be better. What do you like best? Nine times out of ten, scenarios that arise can be configured and accommodated, and if not, the enhancement is usually already planned. The instances of flat out not being able to configure the system for the issue/question are quite rare What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like the idea of a person doing there own time and taking responsibility. Our staff are not computer literate for the most part but like it because they are learning something new. Also reduced time for admin, What do you dislike? What do you like best? Since the start of implementation 3 years ago till we were released to go it on our own, our UKG/Kronos implementation team felt like they were part of our staff. Even with submitting a case or asking Live Chat, I have always felt listened to and got answers to my needs. What do you dislike? I wish "ideas" didn't nee so many points to get heard. You need to clean up some old ones tht have been sitting for years and audit to see if any can be combined. ...

Newly converted to UKG Ready

What do you like best? I really like the custom reporting. You are able to create reports unique to your job roll and tasks. What do you dislike? I dislike the new layout of the timesheets. It is not as user friendly since the last version. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Having all the information in one module has been very helpful. The benefits of having instant changes throughout the whole system has been a game changer.
