I use Kronos to clock in and to monitor and request paid time off

What do you like best? I like the ease of use. It is easy to clock in and see your punches for the week. Submitting requests for time off is easy as well. What do you dislike? I have to sign in each time I use it. I wish that the program would automatically sign in when I logged in to my computer. What problems are you solving with the product? Kronos WFR has made my life so much easier, as a one person HR & Payroll Administrator due to employees being able to access and administer their time sheet, and time off requests online, not to mention we've saved a tremendous amount of paper and storage space. What do you like best? I like that all the views & reports are customizable. I also like that the system does a lot of the calculations for you, like for payroll, ACA, and benefits.
