User Friendly

What do you like best? WF Ready is very user friendly and has a wonderful user interface. It has simplified decision making processes within our department. What do you dislike? The integration process was a little difficult and it took a little bit of a learning curve. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? After using Kronos for both HR in healthcare and manufacturing, I can say that this program is much more user friendly than the competitors. Kronos WFR is the perfect atmosphere and platform for HCM and I LOVE this product.

What do you like best? Ease of use. The ability to build our own 'one-offs' in scenarios not often found in typical business set ups. Engineering involvement - if you don't have it and I suggest it, they embrace it in every effort to make it work. What do you dislike? The struggles with communication between WFR and WFC.
