What do you like best? It is very easy to use and reduces the amount of work on our payroll and accounting staff. What do you dislike? Implementation for our company had a rough start. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? WF Ready is very user friendly and has a wonderful user interface. It has simplified decision making processes within our department. What do you dislike? The integration process was a little difficult and it took a little bit of a learning curve. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are betting tracking our payroll and how we are spending our money.

What do you like best? This platform gives me the freedom to manage multiple locations where employees are working. Each with different pay calculations and timesheet set ups. Easier than the others
What do you like best? After using Kronos for both HR in healthcare and manufacturing, I can say that this program is much more user friendly than the competitors. The ease of entering new hires and changing information is very intuitive. Also, the capabilities that it provides for employees is very simple! What do you dislike? Kronos WFR is the perfect atmosphere and platform for HCM and I LOVE this product.
What do you like best? Ease of use. The ability to build our own 'one-offs' in scenarios not often found in typical business set ups. Engineering involvement - if you don't have it and I suggest it, they embrace it in every effort to make it work. What do you dislike? The struggles with communication between WFR and WFC.
