Needs work to accommodate bigger complex businesses
What do you like best? I love the reporting in WFR. Once they get the new UI with the updated columns I will be a huge fan. What do you dislike? One of the biggest issues is the way accruals and timesheet profiles tie together for state mandated sick pay but the system cannot auto-assign either based on work location. We are still in implementation phase.
What do you like best? Work Force Ready is very versatile. The software has shown itself to be able to handle all of our complexities with relative ease. What do you dislike? Work Force Ready is employee centered. Our organization is position centered. Additionally, we have multiple changes that occur within a pay period, so effective dating of cost center assignments is critical. Work Force Ready does not handle this well. A decent software with excellent support.
What do you like best? Almost every single representative we've worked with has been friendly and helpful - their customer service team, in particular, is especially great. The Kronos tools that we use are largely user-intuitive, easy-to-use, and give us a sense of security that our data is compliant. What do you dislike? We have several representatives for customer service, sales, etc. - it can be a challenge to keep track of who to contact in which circumstances. What problems ...

What do you like best? Workforce Ready takes a lot of different business aspects into account and has a great basis to work up from. Many options to customize and expand based on your business needs. Works quite well
What do you like best? The software is extremely customizable and feature-rich. With enough practice you're able to navigate through the program quickly. It's very fast. What do you dislike? Many features are hidden behind separate modules. I would love to be able to access workforce leave. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We've "solved" payroll, HR, time and attendance.

Needs work to automate federal laws.
What do you like best? I like that navigating to find employees is easy. I just learned here at the conference that there are shortcuts that take you directly to an employees, timesheet, pay statement...etc. I’m very excited to begin using this!!! What do you dislike? I do not like that there is no way to make state laws automatic. Great system - know your requirements and allow for lots of implementation time
What do you like best? The system is very robust and can be configured to handle most any requirement or situation. What do you dislike? We began with 4 hours / week of analyst time for implementation. This was not sufficient time to implement this system by our stated Go Live Date.
