What do you like best? Workforce Ready takes a lot of different business aspects into account and has a great basis to work up from. Many options to customize and expand based on your business needs. What do you dislike? As with any technology, there are still some limitations to the program. What do you like best? I like the flexibility and the accountability for our staff and how intuitive the system is for end users. What do you dislike? There are still a few things that need to be easier for our staff to use the advanced scheduler. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We always have new ones come up and a new support issue and KGS is good at getting things resolved most of the time. Several shortcuts.

Great platform for payroll and many other HR management solutions.
What do you like best? This product allowed our agency to move in-house with all HR components. What do you dislike? Payroll integration struggles with Telestaff, currently working through. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Eliminate third party payroll services, very easy open enrollment for health plans.

What do you like best? I'm new in Kronos. So, the fact that I'm able to attend this Conference is a great learning opportunity for me. What do you dislike? I'd like to have more one on one sessions available. It's hard to schedule a session at a booth when you're attending classes. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? I have been very happy with everything start to finish including the sales process, implementation and going live. We were able to bring all of the payroll systems in house with minimal disruption What do you dislike? there have been some latency issues here and there, and there is always a delay in receiving a support call return. I use Kronos to clock in and to monitor and request paid time off
What do you like best? I like the ease of use. It is easy to clock in and see your punches for the week. Submitting requests for time off is easy as well. What do you dislike? I have to sign in each time I use it. I wish that the program would automatically sign in when I logged in to my computer. What problems are you solving with the product?
