It has been challenging to use Kronos, and support is not always very fast or thorough.

What do you like best? Kronos is fairly user-friendly, and it is pretty easy to create reports. What do you dislike? I dislike when there is an issue that needs to be solved, and a ticket has to be opened. Kronos is not always quick on responding, and we often do not get the exact help we need on the first try. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are solving problems of how to best serve our employees with payroll and benefits.

User Friendly

What do you like best? WF Ready is very user friendly and has a wonderful user interface. It has simplified decision making processes within our department. What do you dislike? The integration process was a little difficult and it took a little bit of a learning curve. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? My Workforce Ready Experience

What do you like best? I work in Payroll and I love how easy it is to process a payroll. I have alerts set up that help me to access any "problem areas" that may arise (salaried under 80 hours or over 80 hours, high overtime, large gross pay, etc) It's a smooth and seamless process What do you dislike?
