What do you like best? It is reportable. That it is cloud based. that we have access to all data as an employee vs. always calling HR to inquire about things. They are in control of their accounts and have to learn how to access and make changes. What do you like best? We use this for timekeeping, payroll and HR and I like ability to get information quickly and store everything in one location. What do you dislike? What do you like best? There are so many options available to analyze data. It's critical for our organization to understand our staff. What do you dislike? I don't know that I have anything negative to say about the product at this point. As we are relatively new users, so far so good! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Ensuring that our officers are clocking in regularly and accurately to ensure compliance with federal guidelines.

Fantastic system with improvements all the time!
What do you like best? Having an all in one system is as good as you can imagine! The mobile options for our mobile staff is one of the best features. Our team can clock in - clock out, onboard, add benefits, request time off approve time off all from their phone! What do you dislike? The applicant process is currently painful. So far, so good!
What do you like best? I like the single sign on of the full suite. I also love the reporting. I am an Excel geek so I love the capabilities to export data. What do you dislike? The one area that I feel lacking is customer service. It would be nice to have a designated rep that knows my rules and configurations.
