What do you like best? I like the functionality and the ability to have everything in one system. It is great from an HR perspective. What do you dislike? Incredibly powerful, with one major limitation

What do you like best? The system is incredibly powerful, and contains a tremendous amount of features. Workforce Ready was the only cloud based solution that contained every major HR and Workforce Management feature we were looking for, all under the same roof. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Kronos Workforce Ready has been an amazing timekeeping solution for our organization. We implemented WFR about 4 years ago, based on my experience implementing and using WFC at a prior organization. WFR is very powerful, intuitive and user friendly. What do you like best? I like that WFReady offers a dynamic HRIS system that gives our agency the ability to streamline numerous processes and makes a more efficient use of our time. What do you dislike? Some setup processes require numerous places to finish setup and the process is not always clear. We are new at this and has been a great experience

What do you like best? I like the idea of a person doing there own time and taking responsibility. Our staff are not computer literate for the most part but like it because they are learning something new. Also reduced time for admin, What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like the navigational tools in the classic UI (Have not used much of the new UI). I also like the efficiency of the payroll processing What do you dislike? Have had issues on terminations. Accruals will not zero out and receiving errors when processing payroll. Also not a big fan of the filtering tools on the new UI. Great desktop experience, poor mobile experience

What do you like best? Easy to use, easy to maintain and program, good user desktop experience What do you dislike? What do you like best? The ease of managing a large group of employees. What do you dislike? Not enough reports. Our version is customizable but I haven’t been able to find reports to get the information I need. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Value Added Software with Some Growing Pains

What do you like best? The automation of our complex pay calculations has streamlined our payroll and TLM processes. The ability of our employees to access their information anywhere has helped demonstrate transparency. What do you dislike? Support should be catered more to our industry.
