Somewhat frustrating but appreciate the support
What do you like best? I have been enjoying the live chat when they can assist. What do you dislike? I really dislike how the system is cumbersome. Configuration is complicated. I am new to my company and we have no Kronos experts so trying to work this system from ground zero has been difficult. A vocabulary lesson would have been nice for this beginner. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Moving to a paperless process.

It has been challenging to use Kronos, and support is not always very fast or thorough.
What do you like best? Kronos is fairly user-friendly, and it is pretty easy to create reports. What do you dislike? I dislike when there is an issue that needs to be solved, and a ticket has to be opened. Kronos is not always quick on responding, and we often do not get the exact help we need on the first try. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are solving problems of how to best serve our employees with payroll and benefits.

What do you like best? Love the new online chat feature. It is an easy to use future that allows for quick questions. This is a much better option than calling into a call center and being assigned a number. However, Kronos when the matter is urgent is very good about a quick response. What do you dislike? During open enrollment anytime anyone only changes 1 benefit or keeps all of them the same, Kronos will develop a new line item with a new effective date. There is no way at this ...

What do you like best? I like the idea of a person doing there own time and taking responsibility. Our staff are not computer literate for the most part but like it because they are learning something new. Also reduced time for admin, What do you dislike? Workforce ready has been efficient.
What do you like best? I like the navigational tools in the classic UI (Have not used much of the new UI). I also like the efficiency of the payroll processing What do you dislike? What do you like best? I love the flexibility on the reporting and the ease of processing payroll What do you dislike? There's not a lot I dislike about WFR. I think they could improve on the Analytis and charts by being able to export a chart and be able to add additional data not located in WFR. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It has helped to streamline the payroll processing for our company.
