Incredibly powerful, with one major limitation
What do you like best? The system is incredibly powerful, and contains a tremendous amount of features. Workforce Ready was the only cloud based solution that contained every major HR and Workforce Management feature we were looking for, all under the same roof. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like the functionality and the ability to have everything in one system. It is great from an HR perspective. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The conference is very helpful for those just getting into the Kronos products. The ability to network with others people that have used the products and have suggestions on how to improve the implementation process and what to expect is great. What do you dislike? What do you like best? -Support Chat -Access to Kronos Community Resources when assistance is needed What do you dislike? -Although Kronos Support is helpful, t would be helpful to have a designated representative to reach out to with issues. -I work a lot with Integration, but it is difficult to reach them. What do you like best? The support is great, very helpful and quick to respond. What do you dislike? Inability to pull all data on all reports. Combining reports with payroll data, HR data etc... What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to track efficiency, have more accurate employee data and the payroll process is very smooth.

Once you are implemented it is a wealth of knowledge.
What do you like best? The amount of information that you can house in the program and the amount of automation that is possible. Support of the product and taking the ideas of users to constantly improve. What do you dislike? Not all information can be pulled into a report - Ex. Exceptions can only be pulled into the exception report. It can not be pulled into the time reports for some reason, but it would be very helpful if it did. What problems are you solving with the ...

Great program
What do you like best? I like how easy the system is to use and to teach new users. What do you dislike? call in support is sometimes hard to connect with but i'm looking forward to the online support chats. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Reports but they are being solved here at the conference

What do you like best? The reporting is phenomenal. I am able to personalize just what I need for my role. What do you dislike? The biggest issue I find is that because our staff move around a lot, we are always having issue when it is time to approve timesheets, timesheet change requests and time off requests.
