What do you like best? I like the single sign on of the full suite. I also love the reporting. I am an Excel geek so I love the capabilities to export data. What do you dislike? The one area that I feel lacking is customer service. It would be nice to have a designated rep that knows my rules and configurations. What do you like best? The amount of information that you can house in the program and the amount of automation that is possible. Positive expereince

What do you like best? The support is great, very helpful and quick to respond. What do you dislike? Inability to pull all data on all reports. Combining reports with payroll data, HR data etc... What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to track efficiency, have more accurate employee data and the payroll process is very smooth.
