Positive expereince

What do you like best? The support is great, very helpful and quick to respond. What do you dislike? Inability to pull all data on all reports. Combining reports with payroll data, HR data etc... What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to track efficiency, have more accurate employee data and the payroll process is very smooth.

Once you are implemented it is a wealth of knowledge.

What do you like best? The amount of information that you can house in the program and the amount of automation that is possible. Support of the product and taking the ideas of users to constantly improve. What do you dislike? Not all information can be pulled into a report - Ex. What do you like best? The reporting is phenomenal. I am able to personalize just what I need for my role. What do you dislike? The biggest issue I find is that because our staff move around a lot, we are always having issue when it is time to approve timesheets, timesheet change requests and time off requests.
