What do you like best? Information at your fingertips. Very easy to have all of the information you need all in one location when searching for something What do you dislike? I am a company admin who has been tasked to make sure we are utilizing all Kronos has to offer.
What do you like best? One of the nest features of Kronos is the reporting and ease of pulling reports. What do you dislike? For us one of the downsides is our abllity to manage our secondary codes that our staff have for other jobs they have in our organization. Recommendations to others considering the product: I would recommend getting multiple demonstrations going over different real company scenarios. WFR does a lot of things, but not necessarily the way you need them done
What do you like best? Kronos has customization options, but many of the hard coded aspects of the software don't really fit into today's best in class HR processes. What do you dislike? Updates are not made on a timely basis, many modules are sold with the promise of full functionality but not the reality. Difficult to change password.
What do you like best? I do not like anything about this app. It was very difficult to login without getting locked out. I tried several different passwords that matched the criteria and each time I was locked out. My manager and I are frustrated to keep unlocking the account and trying again. Fantastic system with improvements all the time!
What do you like best? Having an all in one system is as good as you can imagine! The mobile options for our mobile staff is one of the best features. Our team can clock in - clock out, onboard, add benefits, request time off approve time off all from their phone! What do you dislike? The applicant process is currently painful. What do you like best? There are so many options available to analyze data. It's critical for our organization to understand our staff. What do you dislike? I don't know that I have anything negative to say about the product at this point. As we are relatively new users, so far so good! What problems are you solving with the product?
