Kronos Workforce Ready recommedation

What do you like best? I am fairly new to Kronos. However, so far it has been much easier to pull reports from that my previous platform. I can simply pull in any field I need and then export to excel. We have 130 employees and the time it now takes for managers to review time sheets has been significantly reduced. Difficult at times but useful for the rest.

What do you like best? Creating reports within Kronos and also connecting Kronos to other systems. What do you dislike? The clunky feel of it. Very profressional and forward thinking company

What do you like best? I enjoy the quick response time I have when questions arise What do you dislike? It is not very user friendly for someone who has never done payroll before What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Adding new payrolls, setting up new states for new hires.

Great Support

What do you like best? Kronos is able to put everything in one place to make it easier for HR/Accounting to have things in one place. What do you dislike? There are time when you don't access to do specific things and have to reach out for help. This could take some time. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Time and attendance. That our staff can use the app to have everything at their finger tips.

It is a user friendly awesome software/Timeclock program.

What do you like best? Everything is easy accessible from one screen. What do you dislike? Can not think of any dislikes at this time. Kronos efficient time keeper!

What do you like best? I liked the new feature where you can see co worker’s schedules and switch with them easily and quickly as needed. What do you dislike? Sometimes your punch in wouldn’t record and had to be put in manually by management. It worked by clocking in with finger print so sometimes it didn’t recognize print. Great Payroll System for Complicated Payroll

What do you like best? We were able to customize the payroll application to fit our payroll model. A payroll model that is complicated due to varying and differing rules based on location, facility, additional, and extra pay, various OT structure, etc. What do you dislike? Great Reporting and Support

What do you like best? I like that most reports can be customized similar to excel. It makes filtering and creating new reports easy. Kronos has a ton of ready reports but sometimes there are items that your company emphasizes that not all companies do as well. It is simple to manipulate the data to get results. What do you like best? The workforce management tool Is great to monitor timekeeping and scheduling. Kronos WFC is truly amazing, by far the best of tool to manage the workforce.
