A system perfect for on-boarding
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I love many things I love about Kronos. I love how user-friendly it is and how easily we can send notifications to different departments and groups. I also love the reports and how the data inputted is validated, so there are less errors in the system. What aspects are problematic or could work better? I highly recommend Kronos Workforce Ready
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Kronos Workforce Ready is a much simpler option than any other alternative. It is very easy to filter fields and export to excel. We were also able to save time by using this application. Instead of manually checking for errors, Kronos notifies us if a mistake has been made. Kronos is a good system
What do you like best? I like the fact that I can view all employees from all EIN's in one location and maintain the system for all. What do you dislike? It can be cumbersome to sometimes find where to look for information in set up, but I am learning. I think that when implementation was done (which I was not a part of) that pay calcs might have been handled differently. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I think the best aspect of Kronos Workforce Ready is its customizable functions. Based on our preference, we can easily adjust the specifications of the application. It even allowed us to set-up accurate payroll for employees working remotely. Kronos Workforce Ready is awesome!
What do you like best? Ease of use and low cost. It is easy to implement and maintain. What do you dislike? Occasionally there is system latency due to high traffic, but has been improving every month. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Payroll system is superb
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Our payroll is complicated because our business runs in different locations and facilities. Top it off with extra pay for OT and bonuses. Good on-boarding product
What do you like best? I like that it's generally user-friendly. It has automatic workflows that can be used to send notifications to departments, groups, etc. I also like that reports can be queried and scheduled. Huge all-in-one solution for all HR needs!
What do you like best? That system has everything that HR needs to run the department on a daily basis. Payroll, HR, ability to run lots of reports, do benefits, open enrollment. Lots of product documentation to support different sections of the software. Also, it is very helpful that software is built-to-order. Program works well and has a lot of features that make reports fit your needs.
What do you like best? That it is is web based and can be accessed anywhere. Once you are familiar with the program it is very easy to use. There are a lot of features that are available that will make it even easier if implemented.
