I am very happy with my experience with Mgo Dono from Krisp Support as I received an immediate response from him regarding my request to extend my Free Pro plan. I didn't have to go through any verification process as well, so it was hassle-free for me. I also appreciate being told, "Stay healthy and be safe!"
