Great product, great support
Great product, great support The product works like a champ in filtering my dogs' barking whenever deliveries come in middle of a Zoom call. I had registered my company email for the product, and contacted support to change it as I am changing companies. The response time to my email was a few minutes, and issue got resolved quickly. A+ for support experience.

So far it really is extremely good in cutting out background noise. I find it astonishing how something like this works. Also the customer support was great and nice !

LOVE IT
I use this everyday and love it! I work from cafés and have calls with clients on a daily basis, it cuts the ambiant noise perfectly!

Massive value for your efficient online meetings.
I am using it for several months already and pretty happy of not hearing anymore baby cries or animal sounds on background coming from other people. Now I can focus on conversation, understand the other parties first time(no repetition needed) and save time in shorter meetings. Of course, others also are not bothered from outside noise, if have open window or similar. Thank you very much indeed!

Very helpful tool
Very helpful tool! It does the job of eliminating background noise on my end. Although, the software sometimes makes it a little difficult to hear the other party; their volume becomes softer and their audio becomes choppy at times (i.e., only hearing a part of a word). Otherwise, it is generally a useful tool, especially for those with neighbors who like to do karaoke during odd hours of the day or dogs barking outside your room.
